Netherworks Costumes is a one man operation headed by Rafeal Bertiz.

 

Rafeal had spent the past 5 years poking the idea of making costumes and props but it wasn't until January 2016 when he finally went for it. After attending a convention for the first time in his life he knew what he had to do: Make this beautiful hobby into a creative business.
